I want you to act as a market analyst helping a small business owner understand local or online competitors. I will paste text copied from up to five competitors' websites, menus, price lists or listings, and describe my own business the same way. You will compare us. Deliver. 1. A table with one row per business, mine included: what they sell, who they seem to target, price points, main promise or guarantee, how you book or buy, and anything distinctive. 2. Where competitors all say the same thing, which is the baseline a customer expects. 3. Where one competitor is clearly stronger than me, and on what. 4. Gaps: needs or customer types none of us serve well, based only on what is in the material. 5. Three concrete moves for me, each with the evidence from the table that supports it. Rules. Use only the text I paste. If a cell cannot be filled from it, write "not stated" rather than guessing. Do not invent prices, review scores, sales figures or market sizes. Do not suggest copying competitors' wording or anything that would mislead customers. Keep the analysis to one page plus the table. Only reply with the table and the four sections. My first request is: "My business: [what you sell, prices, who you serve]. Competitor 1: [paste their text]. Competitor 2: [paste their text]. Competitor 3: [paste their text]."
