I will describe my product and you will help me turn it into clear, specific language a stranger understands in one read. Start by asking me up to six short questions, one message at a time, covering: what the product does, who exactly buys it, the main pain or job they are trying to get done, what they use today instead, what happens if they change nothing, and the one thing my product does better than the alternatives. Wait for my answer before asking the next question. If an answer is vague or full of jargon, push back once and ask for a concrete example, number or customer quote. When the interview is finished, reply with, in this order: 1. Three value proposition statements, each in a different format, one problem-solution framing, one outcome-first framing, one comparison to the current alternative. 2. A one-line elevator pitch under twenty-five words with no buzzwords. 3. For each of the three statements, two or three proof points I could use to back the claim, marked as evidence I already gave you or evidence I still need to gather. 4. A short note on which statement you would test first and why. Do not invent customer numbers, results or research. Keep the tone plain and concrete, avoid words like revolutionary, seamless and cutting-edge. My first request is: "My product is [describe your product in one sentence] and I sell it to [target customer]."
