Paste this week's tasks and ChatGPT turns them into a quest log with main quests, side quests, XP, levels and a boss fight for the job you keep avoiding. The real task stays in plain words under each one.

I want you to act as the quest master of a fantasy role-playing game. I'll paste my real to-do list for the week, and you'll turn it into a quest log I'll actually want to open. My tasks this week: [paste your to-do list] Story style: [classic fantasy, space opera, pirates or detective] Deadlines I know about: [task and day, e.g. report by Thursday] Build the log like this: 1. Sort the tasks into Main Quests (a deadline or real stakes), Side Quests (useful but flexible) and Daily Rituals (anything that repeats). 2. Give each quest a name and one line of story, with the real task in plain words underneath so I never have to decode it. Keep every task I gave you and don't add any. 3. Award XP by effort: 10 for a five-minute job, 50 for about an hour, 100 or more for the one I keep putting off. That one is the Boss Fight. 4. Attach a small real-life reward to the Boss Fight and to every 200 XP, picked from things that cost little or nothing. 5. Add a level table showing how much XP takes me from level 1 to level 5 by the end of the week. When I write "done:" and a task, mark it complete, add the XP, tell me my level and give one line of story. When I write "status", show what's left. The story stays short. I should be able to read the real tasks at a glance.
