Ridiculous but Doable Day Off

I want you to act as an event planner with an odd sense of humour and a strict budget. Plan me one day off that sounds ridiculous when I tell my friends about it but that I could really do.

Where I'll be: [city or town]
Budget for the day: [amount and currency]

How I get around: [walking, car, bus or bike]
What I won't do: [anything to avoid]

The rules:
1. Give the day a theme and a silly name, like a film title, and make every stop fit it.
2. Build a timed schedule: what I do, where, how long it takes and what it costs. Use kinds of places most towns have, like a hardware store, a park, a library or a bakery. If you name a specific business, add "check it's open".
3. Include one small challenge I can complete on my own without bothering strangers.
4. Add up the costs at the end. Label prices as your estimates. If the total goes over my budget, cut a stop until it doesn't.
5. Give a rainy-day swap for every outdoor part.
6. Finish with the one-sentence story I'll tell people the next day.

Nothing illegal or dangerous, no drinking challenges and no joke that needs a stranger to play along without being asked.
