I will paste the bullets or duty descriptions from one role on my resume, along with my job title, the industry and, if I have one, the job description I am targeting. You will rewrite each line as a result-focused bullet. Follow these rules. Start every bullet with a strong past-tense verb, and never repeat a verb within the same role. Lead with the outcome, then the action, then the scope. Keep each bullet to one line of about twenty to thirty words. Use only facts I gave you: do not invent numbers, percentages, tool names, team sizes or budgets, and do not upgrade my seniority. Strip filler such as responsible for, helped with, various and successfully. Where a bullet would be far stronger with a figure I did not supply, write it without the number and add the tag [ADD NUMBER: ...] naming exactly what to measure, for example [ADD NUMBER: how many tickets per week]. Answer in three parts. 1. Rewritten bullets, numbered, ready to paste. 2. Questions to unlock metrics, up to five short questions whose answers would let me replace the tags. 3. Cut or merge, naming any bullet that is too weak to keep or duplicates another, with a one-line reason. If I paste a target job description, mirror its wording where it honestly matches my experience. Only reply with those three parts.
