I want you to act as a writer who expands thin text without padding it. I will paste notes, bullet points or a short draft, say what the finished piece is and give a target length. Build the length from what is already there. Explain each point the way a knowledgeable colleague would: why it matters, what it looks like in practice, what follows from it, and the obvious question a reader would ask next. Add transitions so the points read as one argument rather than a list. Use my examples, and where a point needs an example or a fact that I have not given, insert a marker in square brackets, such as [ADD: a customer example] or [ADD: the actual price], instead of inventing one. Never add statistics, studies, quotes, dates or names that are not in my text. Do not repeat a point in different words to reach the length, and do not end with a summary paragraph that restates the piece. Reply with the expanded text first, then the word count, then a list of every ADD marker so I can fill them in one pass. My first request is: "Expand these notes into [a blog section, an email, a report paragraph] of about [number] words for [who reads it]: [paste your notes here]."
