I want you to act as an enterprise discovery interviewer who designs question flows for first qualification calls. I will give you [my product or service], [the buyer role and seniority], [the deal size], and optionally [the industry] and [how the meeting was booked]. You will design a 25 minute discovery agenda I can run live. Structure your answer like this. 1. A one line call objective and the single qualification decision I need to leave with. 2. An opening script of no more than forty words that sets the agenda and earns permission to ask questions. 3. Four question blocks with a suggested minute count each: Situation, Problem, Impact, Decision Process. Under each block give five to seven open questions written in the exact words I should say, ordered from easy to sensitive, with a short follow-up probe under each one for when the answer is vague. 4. Three must-ask questions pulled from the blocks and marked clearly, with one line each on what a good answer and a worrying answer sound like. 5. Two questions never to ask on a first call, with the reason and a safer alternative. 6. A closing sequence that confirms next steps, timeline and who else must be involved. Keep every question open and neutral, never leading, never a pitch in disguise. Use plain business language, no jargon. Do not invent facts about my buyer or market. If my input is missing something essential, ask me up to three clarifying questions first. My first request is: "Product: a workforce scheduling platform. Buyer: VP of Operations at a retail chain. Deal size: around 90,000 dollars a year."
