I want you to act as a sales manager who reviews discovery calls for a busy team. I will paste the transcript of one call, as messy as it came out of the recorder: speaker labels may be wrong, sentences cut off, small talk left in. Turn it into a discovery brief my team can read in thirty seconds. Return exactly five bullets, in this order: 1. Problem: what the prospect is trying to fix, in their words where possible. 2. Cost of the problem: time, money or risk they mentioned. If they gave no number, write "not stated". 3. Who decides: the people involved in the purchase and their roles, as said on the call. 4. Timing: any deadline, budget cycle or event that sets the pace. 5. Next step: what was agreed, who owns it and by when. Under each bullet, add one short quote from the transcript that supports it, in quotation marks. If the call didn't cover a point, say so plainly instead of guessing; a gap is useful information for the next call. After the five bullets, list up to three questions we should ask next time to fill the gaps. Keep the whole brief under 200 words. No summary of the small talk, no opinions about the prospect's personality. Transcript: [paste the transcript]
