- 5 blanks to fill in: company name website their About page, press, job posts product, who it's for, what it solves their role, e.g. Head of Operations
184 words
Run these as three separate messages, one after another. Don't merge them; each step works better on its own. Message 1, facts only: I'm researching [company name] ([website]). From what I paste below, list only verifiable facts: what they sell, to whom, size, recent news, hiring, tools they use. Put the source line next to each fact. No opinions, no guesses. [their About page, press, job posts] Message 2, fit check: Here's what we sell: [your product, who it's for, what it solves]. Using only the facts from your last answer, rate the fit as strong, possible or weak. Give the two facts that support your rating and the one fact that argues against it. If the facts aren't enough to judge, say what's missing. Message 3, first-touch angle: Write three opening angles for a first email to [their role, e.g. Head of Operations] at this company. Each angle is one sentence that ties a specific fact to a specific problem we solve. Then pick the strongest and write a 70-word email with it. No flattery and no "I hope this finds you well".
