Devin Desktop is what the Windsurf editor became in June 2026: the same IDE, still backwards-compatible, now built around an Agent Command Center that runs local agents and Devin Cloud agents side by side. The free plan keeps unlimited Tab completions and inline edits with a light agent quota. Pro at $20 a month adds frontier models from several labs and cloud agents, and Max at $200 raises the quotas.
