Luminar Neo review: our take
Luminar Neo suits photographers who want strong one-click AI edits on a desktop and would rather not rent their editor. Every plan is a one-time purchase with a 30-day money-back guarantee, and a 7-day trial needs no credit card. Desktop Only covers two computers; All Platforms adds mobile, and Max adds a year of Luminar Prime.
The limit that matters is time. Generative tools such as GenErase and GenExpand come with one year of access, after which they need a Prime subscription, so the one-time price covers the editor for good and the generative features for one year. We could not confirm US dollar prices on Skylum's page, so check them at checkout. For a subscription editor with 1TB of cloud storage, look at Adobe Lightroom; for upscaling and noise, Topaz Photo.
