HubSpot

CRM platform with marketing, sales and service hubs, plus the Breeze AI assistant and agents that run on HubSpot Credits.

HubSpot review: our take

HubSpot is a CRM a small business can start on for free and grow into. The free tools give up to 2 users a CRM and basic email marketing, and Breeze Assistant, the built-in AI helper, is on every tier. Starter, at $20 per seat a month, adds a Prospecting Agent, a Data Agent, AI meeting prep and notes, and 500 HubSpot Credits a month for AI features.

The cost jumps after Starter. Sales Hub Professional is $100 per seat a month, or $90 on an annual plan, plus a required $1,500 onboarding fee, and Marketing Hub Professional starts at $800 a month with 3 seats and a $3,000 onboarding fee. To connect HubSpot to other apps without that upgrade, look at Zapier; for outbound prospecting data, Apollo.

Breeze Assistant, its AI helper, is available on every product and tier, including the mobile app. Starter adds a Prospecting Agent, a Data Agent and AI meeting prep and notetaking, and many AI features and agents run on the HubSpot Credits each paid plan includes.
