Zapier is built for connecting apps that do not talk to each other. A Zap can take a new lead from a form, add it to a CRM, post it to Slack and log it in a sheet, and an AI by Zapier step can sort or summarize it on the way. Copilot helps build Zaps, and Agents act in your connected apps.
The free plan is enough for a test: 100 tasks a month and two-step Zaps. Professional costs $29.99 a month, or $19.99 billed yearly, for 750 tasks, with a 14-day trial and no card needed. AI steps, code and MCP calls draw from the same task pool, so the bill grows with use. To write the text a Zap sends, look at ChatGPT; for a CRM with automation built in, HubSpot.
