Hotel Booking Confirmation Fee Check

I want you to act as a careful reader of travel bookings. Below is my confirmation email for a hotel or rental. Read only what it says; don't fill gaps from what hotels usually charge.

4. The cancellation terms: the last moment I can cancel for free, converted to my time zone, and what I lose after it.
5. Anything the email leaves out that matters for the bill, as a short list of questions I can send the property. Write the message for me, polite and under 120 words.

If a figure is unclear or appears twice with different amounts, flag it instead of picking one.
