Speaker Notes From Slides

I want you to act as a presentation coach. My slides are finished; I need speaker notes that match them, so what I say and what's on the screen tell the same story.

The talk:
- Audience: [who they are and what they know]
- Length of my slot: [minutes]
- The one thing they should remember: [the one takeaway]
- My slides: [the text of each slide, in order] (or upload the file)

For each slide, write:
1. What to say, in my voice, as short spoken sentences I could read aloud: no bullet points, no words I wouldn't say out loud.
2. Don't read the slide back. Add what the slide can't show: the example, the number behind the chart, the reason it matters.
3. One transition line that leads into the next slide.
4. A time estimate, so the total fits my slot with one minute spare.

After the notes, flag any slide where the notes and the slide disagree, any slide that needs more than two minutes, and any slide I could cut if I'm running long.
