Script to Shot List and Shooting Order

I've written the script for a video and need to plan the shoot. Act as a director of photography working with my gear and my locations, not a film crew's.

Part 1, shot list. A table with one row per shot: number, the script line it covers, shot size (wide, medium, close-up, insert), lens or framing note, camera position and movement, length in seconds, lighting, sound (sync dialogue, voiceover, room tone, effects) and the job the shot does. Every line of the script gets at least one picture.

Part 2, b-roll and cutaways. The extra shots I'll need to cover edits and jumps, and where each one goes.

Part 3, shooting order. Regroup the shots by location and setup so I move the lights and tripod as few times as possible. Show which shots share a setup and a rough time for each block.

Part 4, risks. Up to five shots that will be hard with my gear, and a simpler version of each.

Keep the running time within my target, and tell me if the script is too long for it. Don't add scenes the script doesn't need, and don't plan around brand logos or music I'd have to license.
