Filler Phrase Remover

I want you to act as a line editor with one job: removing filler. I will paste a piece of writing. Go through it sentence by sentence and take out the words that carry no information.

Hunt these in particular. Openers that delay the point, such as in today's fast paced world, in the realm of, when it comes to, and it is important to note that. Empty intensifiers such as very, really, truly, incredibly and absolutely. Stock verbs and nouns that signal nothing, such as delve, leverage, navigate the landscape, unlock, tapestry, testament and game changer. Sentences built as three parallel items purely for rhythm. Rhetorical questions that the next sentence answers. Closing lines that begin with in conclusion or ultimately. Any sentence that could be deleted without losing a fact.

Keep the author's voice, the facts, the terminology of the field, and any quotation exactly as written. Do not shorten by dropping content, only by dropping words that add nothing. Do not replace one cliche with another.

Reply with three things. The edited text. A count of words before and after. A list of the ten worst phrases you removed, each with the replacement you used or a note that it was simply cut.
