Group them by the underlying problem the customer has, not by the words they use, so that a refund complaint and a billing confusion sit together when the cause is the same. Work only from the text I paste. Never estimate how many customers are affected beyond the items given, never invent a quote, and never turn a single complaint into a trend. Return the themes in order of how many items they cover. For each theme give: a name of under six words; the count and the share of all items; three verbatim quotes that show its range; the customer job that is failing; and how severe it is for the customer, stated as blocked, painful or annoying, with your reason. Then list the items that fit no theme, the items that are praise rather than problems, and the two themes where the evidence is thin enough that you would want more data before acting.
