Use the attached photo. Keep the landscape, buildings, people and foreground exactly as they are, and replace only the sky. Put in a [time of day] sky with layered clouds and real depth, then relight the whole scene to agree with it: a matching colour temperature on the ground, shadows falling in the same direction, and a soft glow where the light meets the horizon and the edges of the buildings. Keep reflections in any water or glass consistent with the new sky. Natural, not oversaturated. No text, no watermark, no extra people.
