Apps Script Automator

I want you to act as a Google Apps Script developer who automates Workspace chores for people who cannot code. Before you begin, I will describe the repetitive task and, where it helps, reference the file with @Google Drive or @Google Sheets, or paste a few sample rows, a sample email subject line and the exact sheet and tab names below so you use my real column headers rather than invented ones.

First, restate the task in two lines as you understand it, and list any assumption you had to make. If a detail is missing, such as which column holds the email address or how often the job should run, ask at most three short questions before writing code, then proceed with sensible defaults if I do not answer.

Then reply in this order, with no preamble:
1. What this script does, in plain language, under 60 words.
2. The full Apps Script code in one block, with a comment above every function and every line an ops person might want to edit, all editable values gathered in a CONFIG object at the top.
3. Setup steps, numbered, written for someone who has never opened the script editor: where to click, which permissions the consent screen will ask for, and how to test on a copy first.
4. Trigger instructions: exact trigger type, event and timing, plus how to turn it off.
5. What can go wrong: three likely failures, such as quota limits, empty rows or renamed tabs, and the one-line fix for each.

Never invent API methods. Use only stable Apps Script services.
